      What to do if you get a "Wrong Password" message   01/21/16

      You must reset your password (even if you know it's the right one) before you can sign into the community. Thanks to the upgrade, there's an issue with passwords and signing in. The good news is that you can click here: http://community.grandparents.com/index.php?/lostpassword/ to change your password (it'll let you reuse your old one).       We've removed the extra step that required you to go to the full-page editor to access the anonymous post option. Now, you can reply to a post and toggle the button to post anonymous (see photo below).    Read more on anonymous posting here:    In short, the mods can see who posts as anonymous, we moderate anonymous posts the same as revealed posts, you can reply anonymously to your own topic, you may report anonymous posts.

Summertime Health Routines

Do you vary your health routines, if any, at all, in the summer? Do you, for example, jog more often b/c it's better weather or less often b/c it gets "too hot?" Get more exercise b/c you're more likely to go swimming or less b/c you tend to "laze around" poolside or on the beach? Or perhaps summer weather encourages you to eat healthier b/c you find salads refreshing and drink more water? Or, to the contrary, finds you giving into cravings for ice cream, etc? Or ??

Hi, Rose!! Just started on the diet wagon, AGAIN three days ago, and doing well. Lost a pound. Haven't started walking yet, because my allergies this yr. have been off the charts, and I can't take anything, because of drug sensitivities. I will miss eating willy nilly, the cheeseburgers and orange Dreamsicle smoothies fron Sheetz, the breakfasts at Bobby Evans every Sunday, consisting of ham and Swiss omelet, home fries, English muffin, and blueberry crepes with cream cheese filling, SIGHHHHHH. I've been eating my Quaker Medleys oatmeal , V FUSION 100% juice, and Arnold  flax and fiber sandwich thins for breakfast. After breakfast, I'm lost as to what to eat. I might resume getting some Salad Works salads. Also trying to push the water!! I told my Husband, we drank more when we owned a water cooler, so I'm seriously thinking of buying one again.

Year round health routine:

 

Inhale deeply through the nose to the count of 5 first into the abdomen and then up into the chest-

 

Hold to the count of 5

 

Exhale deeply through the nose to the count of 5 first out of the chest then out of the abdomen-

 

Repeat 5 times 5 times a day
