What to do if you get a "Wrong Password" message   01/21/16

You must reset your password (even if you know it's the right one) before you can sign into the community. Thanks to the upgrade, there's an issue with passwords and signing in. The good news is that you can click here: http://community.grandparents.com/index.php?/lostpassword/ to change your password (it'll let you reuse your old one). If you can't reach the email address connected to your account then please contact the admin at latoya@grandparents.com and I'll help you sort it out.

How does Halloween look from the single POV?

3 posts in this topic

How does Halloween look to you as a single/divorced/widowed/never-married parent/GP? Is it a time to dress up (maybe in a costume), go out and have fun at costume parties w/ a BF/GF? Or maybe to meet someone knew to date at one of those parties? Or does it mean you're freer to enjoy some Halloween activities w/ your GC? Or do you enjoy just sitting home, relaxing and handing out some treats if/when the doorbell rings? Or just locking the door, turning out the lights, and taking this night totally for yourself (to read a good book or watch favorite TV shows)? Or ??

My mom and I have never given out Halloween candy.  When she was well, she was always asleep during the trick-or-treat time because she worked 11pm to 7am.  Last year she was in rehab from hip-replacement surgery.  And we really have very few people who come in this neighborhood.

In my old neighborhood I would get a lot of trick or treaters. Where I live now is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so the kids don't come up here.
